Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, next-generation technology solutions for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging fields such as Generative AI and Neural Interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business needs into technical architectures.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-impact projects.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Define and implement best practices for code quality, security, and performance.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in modern web frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
