Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, identifying key emerging technologies (AI, Web3, GenAI) that drive competitive advantage.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee research and development projects focused on next-generation software solutions and scalable infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Talent Strategy: Build and mentor a high-performance team of architects and engineers focused on future tech trends.
- Vendor & Technology Assessment: Evaluate and select cutting-edge tools and platforms to enhance our operational efficiency and product capabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or product development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying long-term tech trends and translating them into successful product roadmaps.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
