Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for enterprise software, anticipating and integrating emerging tech trends expected by 2026.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data flows.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Manage a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to prototype cutting-edge solutions.
- Optimize AI Workflows: Oversee the deployment of advanced AI/ML models to automate complex business processes.
- Ensure Security & Compliance: Establish robust cybersecurity frameworks that protect data in decentralized environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of software architecture experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go; familiarity with Quantum Computing interfaces.
- Trend Analysis: Proven track record of identifying and implementing "Year 2026" technology trends (e.g., Agentic AI, Web3 integration).
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to mentor high-performing engineering teams and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
