Responsibilities
- Architect and define the technical roadmap for technology implementation by 2026.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Spatial Computing.
- Collaborate with product management to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
- Identify potential risks in long-term technology investments and propose mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for future tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Distributed Systems.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
