Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on AGI integration, Quantum Readiness, and Hyper-automation.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional research and development teams in prototyping next-gen interfaces, spatial computing, and immersive experiences.
- Trend Analysis: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced biotech interfaces) to ensure our infrastructure remains ahead of the curve.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor high-performing engineering teams in adopting futuristic methodologies, agile frameworks, and scalable architectural patterns.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate long-term visionary goals into actionable technical roadmaps for product and executive stakeholders.
- Security & Ethics: Oversee the ethical implementation of AI and future tech, ensuring compliance with evolving global standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in strategic R&D or Future Tech planning.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing principles.
- Innovation Track Record: Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives that have resulted in patentable technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-uncertainty environments.
