Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable infrastructure capable of integrating with next-gen AI and quantum computing models by 2026.
- Emerging Tech Research: Conduct feasibility studies and POCs for novel technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Predictive Logistics) to determine integration points.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, security experts, and data scientists to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead the migration of current monolithic systems to microservices architectures that support next-gen API standards.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential technical debt and security vulnerabilities that could hinder future technological advancements.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews focused on modern best practices and future-proofing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Core Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go. Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and IoT ecosystems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
