Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum circuit architectures for error correction and scalability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for finance, logistics, and drug discovery
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation communication systems
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Drive quantum computing roadmap alignment with industry 4.0 initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm development and quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in superconducting qubit systems or topological quantum computing
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant quantum computing principles
- Certification in quantum machine learning or quantum cryptography preferred
