Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for 2026, aligning emerging tech trends with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development initiatives in AI, Quantum, and Edge Computing to ensure competitive advantage.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems capable of handling next-gen workloads and data volumes.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all future technologies adhere to global data privacy and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Quantum algorithms.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering complex technical projects on time.
