Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, resilient microservices architecture capable of handling next-generation data loads by 2026.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning pipelines into core business logic.
- Prototype and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., WebGPU, Rust-based systems, Quantum algorithms) to determine feasibility for enterprise use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability across global infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a preference for experience in WebAssembly.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience implementing Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models) within production environments.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless computing architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly evolving tech stack.
