Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and oversee the execution of our long-term technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research and assess emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, AR/VR) to determine their viability for integration into our core products.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof system architectures that can accommodate rapid technological advancements.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with the engineering and product teams to translate high-level strategic visions into actionable technical roadmaps and milestones.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry shifts and competitor innovations to identify gaps and opportunities for disruption.
- Stakeholder Communication: Articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, architecture, or strategic planning, with at least 3 years in a visionary or futurist role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and modern software development lifecycles.
- Trend Analysis: Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging technologies to drive business growth.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at the executive level.
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or an MBA with a focus on Technology Strategy.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are highly preferred.
