Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing systems at massive scale (high availability, fault tolerance).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
