Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of next-generation systems, focusing on Quantum-Ready infrastructure and advanced AI integration.
- Strategic Vision: Translate high-level business goals into technical roadmaps for the Project 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term company objectives.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Decentralized Ledgers) to assess viability for enterprise use.
- Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect proprietary data in an evolving threat landscape.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary technical liaison for stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in leadership or architectural roles.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), Microservices, and Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Emerging Tech: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, and Edge Computing.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, scalable problems in high-pressure environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
