- Present future technology scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for long-term tech initiatives and measure ROI on innovation investments
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for future-focused research
- Anticipate geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology deployment strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation portfolio management
- Exceptional communication abilities to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
