Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient infrastructure capable of handling the computational demands of Agentic AI and quantum processing by 2026.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Drive Innovation: Prototype and validate novel technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and edge computing solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and executives to deliver transformative products.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading technical teams in high-scale environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP); experience with containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI Expertise: Strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and think strategically about long-term technical implications.
