Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Vision 2026 technology stack, focusing on AI and next-gen protocols.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product, design, and operationsâto translate futuristic roadmaps into actionable technical blueprints.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for integration into our core infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineers and lead code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery and knowledge sharing.
- Optimize system performance and scalability to support projected growth through 2026 and beyond.
- Manage vendor relationships and technical debt to ensure long-term system health.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust, with a demonstrated ability to learn new languages quickly.
- Experience implementing AI/ML solutions or integrating predictive analytics into large-scale systems.
- Proven track record of leading distributed teams through complex technical transformations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
