Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of 2026 technology roadmap including AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech initiatives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with market transformation potential
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation strategy with business objectives
- Manage R&D budget and resources for experimental projects
- Present innovation frameworks to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Drive patent strategy and protect intellectual property portfolios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with proven track record of shipping disruptive products
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum, or biotech
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Strong background in agile development and lean innovation methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or patents in emerging technologies
