Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with transformative potential
- Partner with R&D to accelerate innovation cycles and validate technical feasibility
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and iteration
- Manage innovation portfolio with focus on scalability and market impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in quantum/AI/AR domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing stakeholder expectations
- Portfolio showcasing at least three industry-disrupting tech initiatives
