Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning technical strategies with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning and deep learning pipelines capable of handling massive data volumes.
- Lead the design and implementation of our proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Oversee system architecture reviews, ensuring security, reliability, and performance standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Data Science, and Engineering to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the AI division.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI models.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
