- Identify and validate emerging market opportunities through trend analysis, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder interviews
- Architect proof-of-concepts and minimum viable products for breakthrough technologies with 18-24 month market horizons
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to translate innovation visions into scalable technical specifications
- Develop and manage innovation KPIs, budget allocation, and go-to-market strategies for new technology ventures
- Present innovation frameworks and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external investors
- Maintain thought leadership through industry publications, conference presentations, and patent development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or product development with demonstrated experience in emerging tech sectors
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products with 3+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies including generative AI, blockchain, IoT, and quantum computing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills for cross-functional leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Innovation, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CPSI) or technology strategy preferred
