Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Lead the research and implementation of proprietary Large Language Model fine-tuning strategies for enterprise use cases.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency using edge computing and quantization techniques.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex 2026 roadmaps into technical realities.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLM architectures (Transformer-based).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping scalable AI products to production environments.
- Strong grasp of AI ethics, safety, and bias mitigation.
