Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen tech solutions integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable materials science
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D projects with teams in quantum physics, neuro-technology, and climate tech
- Develop patentable innovations in autonomous systems, biocomputing, and distributed ledger tech
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and industry partners at global tech forums
- Mentor junior researchers in our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and ETH Zurich on 2026 technology roadmaps
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Sustainable Materials Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in R&D with 3+ patents in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of shipping breakthrough products (quantum/AI/climate tech focus)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic engineering, or carbon-negative tech
- Experience securing SBIR grants or venture funding for deep tech projects
- Published in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
