Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for the '2026' product line, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to drive product differentiation.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance engineering and product team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, executives, and customers.
- R&D Oversight: Oversee proof-of-concept development and manage the transition from research to production.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure technical feasibility and market readiness.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI/ML fundamentals, and scalable system design.
