Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Direct the research and development of cutting-edge technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Decision-Making frameworks.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time processing.
- Prototype Future Tech: Build and iterate on proof-of-concept prototypes for emerging tech stacks, including edge computing and neural interfaces.
- Mentor & Inspire: Cultivate a high-performance culture, mentoring junior developers and conducting technical workshops on future-forward methodologies.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to align technical roadmaps with long-term business goals and market trends.
- Patent & Innovate: Spearhead efforts to secure intellectual property rights for novel algorithms and technological processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role within high-tech environments.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Proven track record in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Neural Network architecture design.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt technology stacks accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
