Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution of long-term technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with company vision and market trends.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native architectures capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Lead Research & Development: Foster a culture of innovation by exploring emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing and Generative AI, identifying viable use cases for the business.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product features.
- Mentorship & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and mitigate them early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Future Tech Savvy: Demonstrated experience or keen interest in emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and Web3.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performance engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
