Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Design and execute a comprehensive technology strategy focused on emerging trends for the year 2026, including AGI integration and neural networks.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient cloud architectures capable of handling next-generation data loads and real-time AI processing.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and test next-generation software solutions, including predictive analytics engines and generative AI models.
- Technology Assessment: Evaluate emerging hardware (Quantum, Neuromorphic) and software ecosystems to determine readiness for enterprise deployment.
- Ethical Governance: Establish and enforce ethical frameworks and compliance standards for advanced autonomous systems and AI decision-making.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Futurism.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture or engineering, with a demonstrable history of leading innovative tech projects.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) concepts, Machine Learning pipelines, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with experience in Cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate theoretical future tech into tangible business value.
- Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams and driving technical vision.
