Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon initiative, aligning AI and quantum computing strategies with corporate objectives.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, high-performance systems that integrate cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous agents.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- R&D Management: Oversee research and development efforts, identifying viable technologies and prototypes for future product integration.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a primary technical advisor to executive leadership, translating complex concepts into actionable business insights.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-facing architectures adhere to the highest standards of data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks is essential.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and translate them into practical architectural solutions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
