Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using cutting-edge frameworks.
- Mentor and lead a diverse team of senior engineers and developers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Marketing) to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Prioritize technical debt reduction and code quality to ensure long-term maintainability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading teams through periods of rapid growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
