The Role:
As our Future Tech Lead, you will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies, assessing their viability for 2026, and leading their integration into our core products. You will bridge the gap between research and production, ensuring our systems are future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our strategic technology roadmap.
- Lead Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance systems that can withstand the demands of future workloads.
- Prototype & Innovate: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects for next-gen features, moving ideas from the whiteboard to production.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and align engineering goals with business objectives.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest security standards and future regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and machine learning frameworks.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and successfully implementing them.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on long-term scalability and efficiency.
