Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AI integration and automated systems.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for high-impact initiatives.
- Team Architecture: Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists focused on next-gen problem solving.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage and data governance in accordance with 2026 regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles, with at least 5 years in AI strategy or futuristic tech implementation.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and predictive analytics.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and integrating them into enterprise ecosystems.
