- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic vision into actionable development plans
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem including startups, academia, and industry consortia

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
