Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures capable of handling high-velocity data streams for 2026 and future tech ecosystems.
- AI & Quantum Integration: Lead the integration of emerging AI protocols and prepare legacy systems for quantum-ready transitions.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for emerging technologies, ensuring Chronos remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of creativity and technical excellence.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI and predictive modeling to drive product innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic visions into actionable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and LLM implementation.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
