Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmaps: Design and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge technology strategies, specifically focusing on Generative AI integration and Quantum Readiness.
- System Leadership: Lead the technical vision for our core platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability in a distributed environment.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and fostering professional growth within the engineering department.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
- Technology Evaluation: Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies to determine their viability for integration into our production stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Demonstrated experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning pipelines.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to define long-term technical strategies and align them with business objectives.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical challenges.
