Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI and quantum computing architectures.
- Research Leadership: Stay at the forefront of emerging tech, specifically in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Quantum Error Correction.
- System Integration: Integrate quantum hardware interfaces with classical software stacks to optimize processing speeds.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of brilliant engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model latency and throughput.
- Prototyping: Build rapid prototypes for new algorithms and hardware-software co-designs.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML and Quantum Computing.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Security: Deep understanding of data privacy and security standards in AI deployment.
