Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the company's technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with the 2026 vision and market leadership.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development initiatives in emerging fields such as AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Spatial Computing.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Product Architecture: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems that support future growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, design, and business units to translate futuristic concepts into viable products.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and AI/ML frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and drive strategic initiatives that yield high ROI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
