Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of high-performance distributed systems capable of handling exascale data loads.
- Implement quantum-resistant cryptography and advanced security protocols to protect future assets.
- Drive the migration of legacy monolithic applications to modern, serverless microservices architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to integrate emerging AI models into core workflows.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, scalability, and system reliability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and technical leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, and Rust with a proven track record of performance optimization.
- Extensive experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and large-scale data processing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
