Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for integrating Quantum Computing, Advanced AI, and Biotech solutions into scalable enterprise systems.
- Architect Next-Gen Neural Networks: Design and implement deep learning models capable of processing real-time data streams across global networks.
- Lead High-Performance Engineering Teams: Mentor a diverse group of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, rapid prototyping, and scientific rigor.
- Ensure System Resilience: Build redundant, fault-tolerant systems capable of operating in decentralized and volatile environments.
- Bridge R&D and Production: Translate cutting-edge academic research into deployable, production-grade software solutions.
- Security & Ethics: Oversee the ethical implementation of AI, ensuring compliance with emerging global standards for synthetic intelligence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Physics.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high-growth tech environments.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).
- AI/ML Expertise: Proven track record of developing Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological trends and pivot organizational strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
