- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science annually
- Mentor cross-functional teams of 10+ researchers and engineers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Sustainable Tech (Stanford/MIT/Caltech preferred)
- 5+ years at top-tier research labs (Bell Labs, DeepMind, or equivalent)
- Proven track record of commercializing research (3+ patents or startups)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Experience with $2M+ research budgets and federal grant writing
- Published in top 1% of academic journals (h-index >25)
