Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product strategies
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track adoption of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven experience developing 3-5 year future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
