- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech interfaces) and assess commercial viability
- Architect innovation roadmaps for sustainable tech solutions and ethical AI frameworks
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget and vendor partnerships with tech pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and industry stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or executive leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, AR/VR)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Certified in Innovation Management (e.g., ICF, CPSM) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
