Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with global market impact potential
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Create executive-level briefings on technological disruption vectors and mitigation strategies
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-focused R&D initiatives
- Analyze patent landscapes and emerging regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, quantum)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published thought leadership in technology journals
