Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026-2030 landscape
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future technologies into core offerings
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and technology maturity benchmarks
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present technology strategy to board members and investors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovative products to market
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with futures methodology and scenario planning
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
