Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and biotech convergence

- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants from NSF and DARPA programs
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in future-tech development methodologies
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 5+ years in tech strategy at FAANG-scale companies
- Published research in IEEE Nature journals on emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and AI ethics frameworks
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Clearance for DoD/NSA collaborative projects preferred
