Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026+ market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, bio-digital interfaces) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen tech applications in enterprise environments
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and ethical implications of emerging innovations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or hypergrowth startups
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful tech innovations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and technical whitepapers
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CSTE)
