Responsibilities
- Develop forward-looking tech roadmaps and strategic frameworks for 2026+ initiatives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for market viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech adoption
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on industry disruption
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their strategic implications
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology forecasting and analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional written communication with published industry insights
- Experience working with Fortune 500 executives on transformation
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
