- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype breakthrough solutions with 3-year market impact
- Identify emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic research partnerships
- Develop competitive advantage frameworks for next-gen tech adoption
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through investor pitches and government grants
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching $50M+ revenue products from R&D
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC partnerships
