Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market entry
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological innovation with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and executive teams to prioritize future-focused initiatives
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market trend analysis to maintain first-mover advantage
- Present visionary insights to C-suite stakeholders and secure buy-in for long-term tech investments
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 technology landscapes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in market research tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
