Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions (AR/VR, quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive technologies
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for experimental technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and publish thought leadership in tech journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record in launching AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Deep knowledge of Web3, metaverse infrastructure, and decentralized systems
- Strong financial acumen for tech investment analysis and ROI modeling
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
