- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU research consortiums
- Author white papers on AI ethics and biotech convergence
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or VC-backed startups
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, climate modeling
- Proven track record of scaling R&D budgets 200%+
- Active patent portfolio with 10+ granted AI/blockchain patents
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
