Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech disruptors through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Build and manage a $10M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit, etc.)
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Quantitative field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech from lab to market (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep knowledge of Gartner Hype Cycle and tech adoption frameworks
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience securing government grants and corporate innovation funding
