Responsibilities

- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging tech opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D organizations
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage innovation incubators for cutting-edge experimental projects
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal training programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Track record of launching successful tech products with global impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to forecast market trends
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
- Experience securing R&D funding and managing P&L for tech initiatives
- Portfolio of published thought leadership on future technologies
